Let me explain because it’s instructive IF you have the stomach for it…

It comes back to “The 40-40-20 Rule.”
An Iron Law that states, when it comes to efficient lead generation:
• 40% of your success comes from having the right audience
• 40% comes from having the right offer for that audience
• 20% comes from ‘the creative’.
Or in other words…
Even If you got my 8-year-old to draw you an advert, if it’s the right offer, for the right person, at the right time – it will still make money.
Meaning, when it comes to your marketing, you will always get the best bang for your buck by focusing on the audience above all else.
It’s why this particular member started advertising on porn sites.
… Because that’s where his audience “hangs out.”
And like I said he’s in the financial service industry, not the adult one.
Anyway, the point is this…
Record-setting months come from landing customers.
Customers come from good marketing…
And good marketing focuses on EXACTLY who your audience is and EXACTLY what they want.
… Forget Facebook.
… Forget Google.
… Forget Video.
… Forget social media.
It’s all IRRELEVANT unless you get the audience and the offer right first.
