The other week, whilst down in London, I got hacked.
And in the end, I was pretty happy about it.
Let me explain…
Last year, I invested big money in getting a new private app developed for the men here inside of One Man Empire.
(I am biased. It is brilliant.)
Anyway, this thing was a big investment in every sense.
The developers assured me it was as secure as Fort Knox.
Which is true…
Unless they do an update and “forget” to secure the fortress against so to speak.
Anyway, all this happened when I was out of the business.
The good news?
Members were on it straight away so he didn’t get far, so to speak.
The better news?
After speaking to the developers, it seemed this was a proper rip-off merchant.
Lurking around, waiting for an opportunity to steal my stuff for his own gain.
And as one long-standing member put it…
“This is exciting! Must be doing something right to get hacked.”
See, in the past, I’ve had a few surface-level rip-offs come my way.
Some good, some bad, some downright ugly.
B-U-T this was a whole new level.
It felt like I’d gone up a league.
Now don’t get me wrong, I was p*ssed.
And for most men in this game, it is easy to lose it when someone is trying to rip you off.
…All the work you’ve put in, the blood, the sweat, the tears.
The urge is to bury them.
‘F*ck them and the horse they rode in on!’
Yet truth is, these lazy, unimaginative (and usually fairly dumb) folks won’t get very far.
So remember… breathe, and take it for what it is – flattery of the highest order.
Enjoy the ego stroke and keep going.
You must be doing something right.
Until next time.
