Interesting conversation among the men of The Fellowship on last week’s crusader call in.
The topic – brochures.
The general consensus in the call?
- A waste of time.
- A waste of energy.
- And a waste of resources.
Interesting thing being, for the first time in a while, when they were all said and done – I had to ruthlessly bring them back to earth and put them back in their place.
See in my opinion, and if done right, a brochure can, and will close more sales than most.
Now let me be clear, when I say brochure I mean a strategic sales asset.
Something that can be physically held and effectively and consistently:
- … Breaks false belief patterns
- … Delivers confidence
- … Demonstrates social proof
… And gets people over the line and through the door.
Now, before you say:
“Charlie B-U-T my website does that…”
Understand that it doesn’t.
See, when it comes to PHYSICALLY printed materials over digital ones, the scientists and physiologists say:
- You absorb more information
- You are less likely to get distracted
- You keep reading for longer
Because I don’t know about you, but me and when it comes to any selling, in any business interest – I always want…
Undistracted people that absorb what I’m telling them for an extended period of time.
But what the fuck do I know??!?
Anyway, after I made my case, two of the smart ambitious men on this particular call, started putting pen to paper, to create such a strategic selling asset.
