Because today my friend, I want to talk about asset creation for self-made men like you and I.
Mainly because of a D-E-E-P conversation I witnessed last week between two men of The Fellowship.
I won’t get into specifics but here’s what was crystal clear.
When it comes to this game, and creating assets as a man at the helm of a business – most have not been filled in on the whole story.
So let me clear things up, and bring you inside the loop.
See, to really have the keys to the kingdom there are THREE assets that should be ruthlessly accumulated at all costs.
No more. No less.
#1 – Real Assets
Think of these as cash, capital and credit.
Otherwise known as money in the bank that can be directly exchanged for other shit now and in the moment.
Now, when it comes to asset creation this is where most start and stop.
… But truth is, this is only the tip of the iceberg and will only get you so far.
Which brings me onto…
#2 – Social Assets
Your associations, your tribe and your network.
Assets and people accumulated into your inner circle that can open doors, have your back and be relied upon to rally to your cause – at the drop of a hat and in the immediate future.
Thing is and for men like you and I, there is a direct correlation between the value of your social assets and your real assets.
After all and if history has taught us anything, it’s that real assets can’t be accumulated at scale without a strong foundation of social assets in play.
Which brings me onto…
3) Intellectual Assets
Your business, your specialised knowledge and your systems.
Assets that you can leverage to create Real Assets at speed, at scale and out of thin air – over time.
For those who want long term freedom and autonomy, a swift and strict focus here is what’s going to give you the best bang for your buck in the long term.Â
It’s why you and I have a greater opportunity than most – the business.
Long story short…
Those who choose to focus on just the accumulation of real assets will be bitterly disappointed over time.
