Holy shit, seems that people can no longer even get themselves to work.
This week I’ve heard stories from three separate men inside of this tribe who are personally picking up staff and taking them to work…
… For FREE and while paying their wages!!!
… All because the rank and file, mass mediocre majority, seem unable to figure out how to get on a bus, pass a test, or find their own way.
A worrying state of dishonour, and reliance on others to spoon-feed handouts, hand-me-downs and free rides.
Funny thing is, over the years I too have been guilty of refusing to cut the cord and become fully self-reliant.
Falling victim to the gravitation pull of weakness that is relying on others to provide me with tools, talents and treasures that I should be able to provide for myself.
Now in my experience, here’s the problem with enjoying valour in the victories that you have not personally won…
It creates laziness and rot.
A state of mind that for even the most successful self-made men among us, forces contraction over expansion.
It’s why this week, I’m urging you and the other men in this tribe to burn the ships, cut the cords and get off any gravy trains.
A simple return to honour and virtue that starts by asking questions like:
Who is currently giving you money (or means) that should now be stopped?
Who is freely lending you tools, equipment, or belongings that should now be paid?
Who is showering you in spoils that you have not personally earned?
Because my friend, in my experience, severing ties of reliance and dependence is the only real way to truly stand on your own two feet and tall among giants.
Make More. Provide More. Be More.
